VinPilot® in action at VIÑA CONO SUR

Cono sur Vineyards & Winery was founded in 1993 with the vision of producing premium, expressive and innovative wines that convey the spirit of the new world. The company is characterized by three main features: the creative use of technology, focus on quality and respect for the environment. In 2016, Viña Cono sur started the investment program to implement VinPilot Pro for 38 tanks with our Pulse Air system. Since then, Viña Cono Sur has been investing in our system every year through the automation of all the winery's fermentation tanks. With VinPilot Smart and VinPilot Pro, a total of 375 fermentations have tanks with our systems.

In 2020, they made the first investment at the level of holding Automatic Umpumpen by electric pumps and automatic ventilation in 46 tanks, this is the beginning of the following future investments.

In addition to the reliability of our system, the team decided to use our smartphone software to manage the temperature and add density, as well as the application on the tablet to be able to control the pulse air and reassembly system.
