The VinPilot® Brix permanently monitors the sugar degradation in the tank. This way, you always know in which fermentation phase your wine is at the moment and at which speed it is currently fermenting.
Optionally, you will be informed by an alarm if the fermentation rate falls below a minimum level, giving you the opportunity to quickly react and take any necessary measures.
PERFECT FERMENTATION MANAGEMENT.
In combination with the VinPilot® Pro and the VinPilot® software, the VinPilot® Brix automatically adjusts the temperature in the tank according to the fermentation progress.
Other processes that need to depend on the fermentation speed or fermentation phase can also be automated with the VinPilot® Brix - for example, red wine production (pumping over/pulse air) or oxygen dosing.
