With our VinPilot® software, you have an overview of all important processes in your wine cellar at all times and are automatically notified of important changes if desired.

From setting the fermentation temperature and managing the red wine processes, to air conditioning and humidification, you can use VinPilot® software to control all processes in your winery- from anywhere!
All relevant processes are automatically monitored and also permanently recorded. Temperature and fermentation curves can thus be reviewed at any time and used to help you in decision-making. If something runs off-schedule, you will be immediately notified via app or email, so that you can react promptly.
Always keep track of all important operations in your winery thanks to the accurate representation of your winery on the screen.

SMART WINERY MANAGEMENT.

From grape take-over to bottling, VinPilot® software allows you to easily document all steps of your wine production.

With a few clicks, you can add wine treatment agents to the VinPilot® software and later assign them to your wines. All steps are automatically documented and saved in the production batch.
Wine Tranfers and blends are documented almost automatically with the VinPilot® software. In the case of blends, the composition of the wine is precisely documented and also graphically displayed in a pie chart.
The cellar master can use an order book to schedule all activities in advance and even assign them to individual employees. Open work orders are displayed to the respective employee in the VinPilot® app and can also be checked off by them immediately after completion.
All relevant analysis data can be transferred to the VinPilot® software with the wine laboratory tool. Documents from analyses can be assigned to individual wines and are thus quickly available for documentation purposes at any time.
Apart from the wine batches, it is also possible to document all tank occupancies. This means that it is possible to completely document which tank was cleaned at what time and by whom, and which barrel was filled at what time, how often, and with which wine, and this information can be accessed at any time.

SEAMLESS DOCUMENTATION.

All activities and measurement parameters are permanently recorded by the VinPilot® software.

You can retrieve clear batch reports, export them and also print them out at any time.
You can use an export interface to automatically provide either all or specifically defined data areas for other software applications.
The data in the VinPilot® software is encrypted during transmission and is therefore safe from unauthorized access. The data can be stored on your own server and/or on external cloud servers in encrypted form.
