VinPilot® in action at Winzer Krems

WINZER KREMS is located in one of the most beautiful wine-growing regions of Austria and is considered the largest winery in the country. The winery is continuously working on new quality standards. In 2019, WINZER KREMS launched the largest investment program in the winery's history.

The new wine cellar of Winzer Krems is highly efficiently planned and technically state-of-the-art. The automation of the fermentation control system was also upgraded to the latest state of the art. The first construction phase with the VinPilot Pro fermentation control system went into operation in time for the 2020 harvest. In 2021, the existing cellar and another extension will also be equipped with the VinPilot system. After completion, a total of approx. 180 fermentation tanks will be automatically controlled and monitored during fermentation with the system from WFT. In addition to the reliability of the system, it was above all the modern software, with the possibility of mobile monitoring via smartphone app, why the team of Winzer Krems decided for VinPilot.
